Member Solutions Assistant

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Member Solutions Assistant at our corporate office (Enterprise) in Appleton! The Member Solutions Assistant performs administrative and office support activities and supports the efficient operation of the department. The primary responsibilities of the Member Solutions Assistant role include but are not limited to: Assisting Member Solutions team in the creation of various department correspondence, notices, member account forms, etc. Assisting in specialty areas, such as bankruptcy, repossession, deceased accounts, foreclosure, etc., in maintaining files, letter creation, and account documentation Processing and following up on tax levies, and credit bureau disputes (E-Oscar) Maintaining department file folders and calendar Assisting in the total loss areas, including intake of pending claims, gathering file information, and processing GAP, warranty, life, and disability claims and refunds Assisting with digital communication campaigns (i.e. texting, direct drop voicemail) Candidates for the Member Solutions Assistant position should possess: Minimum six months of similar or related experience Excellent attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines Ability to use independent judgment and maintain a high degree of confidentiality Proven ability to interact positively and professionally with both internal staff and members Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Hours: Mon.-Fri. 8am-5pm Fox Communities Credit Union is a \$3 billion in assets community-based credit union serving more than 130,000 members at over 20 locations.
