ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Salesforce Administration:
- Serve on a team implementing and maintaining our new Salesforce environment assisting with Salesforce system administration, business process setup, user setup, profiles, permissions, and data visibility.
- Maintain, manage, and optimize Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, record types, workflows, and validation rules.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automations aligned with business requirements.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform to improve user experience and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain data quality and integrity by implementing best practices for data hygiene, including de-duplication, standardization, and validation processes.
- Develop and execute data migration and cleansing processes as needed.
- Lead cross-functional projects related to Salesforce enhancements and improvements, working closely with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT.
- Coordinate with other teams to manage and prioritize incoming requests, set project timelines, and deliver solutions within agreed timeframes.
- Regularly monitor and update the Salesforce platform to ensure performance, security, and compliance with corporate policies.
- Manage and review security settings, including access controls, data permissions, and role hierarchies.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to maximize their proficiency in Salesforce features and processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce configuration, workflows, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) and/or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Proven experience in managing Salesforce workflows, process automation, security settings, and data governance.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, and Validation Rules.
- Familiarity with third-party integrations and Salesforce AppExchange tools.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Continuous sitting and typing for extended periods.
- Occasional, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
- Lifting requirements include occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
- Frequent walking or standing may be required at times
