IT Project Analyst needs 3+ years IT project analysis experience
IT Project Analyst requires:
- Previous experience in driving engagement, team building, and fostering a positive team culture, preferably within a technical or data science environment, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, for creating compelling presentations and reports.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, while understanding the unique needs of technical projects and initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with technical team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, adapting to the technical team's dynamic and fast-paced work environment, while injecting enthusiasm and fun.
- Experience with media creation tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software is preferred. Proficiency in audiovisual production tools and software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar applications, is a plus.
- Engagement and Team Building: Develop and implement strategies to drive engagement and foster a positive team culture within the technical team. This may include organizing team-building activities, social events, and initiatives to boost morale and promote collaboration.
- Administrative Support: Assist the technical team in day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining files and documents related to technical projects and initiatives.
- Project Management: Collaborate closely with technical team members to coordinate and support project activities. This includes creating project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of technical deliverables, while infusing an element of fun and motivation.
- Media Creation: Utilize your creative skills to develop visually appealing presentations, graphics, and other media content using tools such as PowerPoint, Photoshop, or similar software. Additionally, create audiovisual materials, including videos and presentations, to enhance technical communications and engage team members.
- Team Support: Provide specialized assistance to the technical team members by coordinating technical team events, organizing team-building activities, and handling logistics for technical meetings and workshops with a focus on fostering collaboration, innovation, and a positive team dynamic.
- Event Management: Contribute to the planning and execution of technical events, such as conferences, workshops, and technical training sessions, while incorporating interactive and engaging elements that promote team bonding and enjoyment.
