Role : L1 NOC Engineer (RAN Experience is mandatory)
Location: Littleton ,CO(Day 1st Onsite)
Employment :- Full time/Contract
Note:
4 days 10 hrs./day either Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat. Should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
Shift hours
• 6am-4pm MST
• 12pm-10pm MST
• 8pm-6am MST

Job Description:

- Accept calls/Tickets from Customer Care
- Manage Fault ticket till closure
- Diagnosis at primary level
- Coordinate with concerned teams for resolution
- Escalate non - repetitive, critical, service affecting faults to L2 fault management team
- Knowledge or understanding of RAN networks
- Understanding of 5G ORAN Network Functions (CU, CU-CP, CU-UP, DU, gNB, RUs)
