Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced painter to join our team! As a painter, you will be responsible for ensuring that all interior and exterior surfaces of our buildings are painted to a high standard, contributing to the overall appearance and upkeep of the property.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a painter, with a portfolio of completed projects

- Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and equipment

- Ability to mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results

- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks

- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces

- Mix and match paint colors to ensure consistency and accuracy

- Use appropriate tools and equipment to complete painting tasks

- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Communicate with property management to ensure that all painting projects are completed to their satisfaction
