The ideal candidate should be excellent in research and teaching in the areas of marketing and sales. The willingness to contribute to executive education programs is especially valued. Cooperation is a key component of the role, as are strong skills in developing and maintaining relationships with companies. A readiness to take on leadership responsibilities is also desirable.
