Job Description

The work location is based at Tampines.
  • Assist in digital transformation initiatives within the department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensure timely completion, and monitor progress.
  • Identify and recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of project processes and procedures.
Operational Support
  • Provide backup support for processing tasks as needed.
  • Ensure seamless operations during staff absences or peak periods.
Budget Analyst
  • Oversees budgeting processes and optimize financial planning
  • Analyze budget variances and provide actionable insights.
  • Create reports and visualization on key performance index (KPI).


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Business IT, Finance, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in project management, budgeting, or data analytics.
  • Fresh Grads are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, VBA, Power BI, Python, MS Access and project management tools will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in project management methodlogy such as SCRUM and Agile will be advantageous.
  • Banking domain knowledge in the area of Consumer Loans.
