Business Intelligence Developer - Reporting & Dashboard Design

Job Profile : Business Intelligence (BI) Developer Job description: As a BI Developer, you will develop Power BI reports and interactive dashboards for various internal departments. This role involves understanding business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and creating effective data visualizations for decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal departments to define reporting requirements. - Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards. - Convert business needs into technical specifications for BI reporting. - Ensure accuracy and functionality of data visualizations and reports. - Provide training and support on PowerBI tools. - Experience with R or Python for advanced data analysis. - Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus. - Stay informed about the latest trends in BI and data visualization. - As an analyst in the data management Team, you will be a key member of our Data Analytics Pillar. - To design a data analytics strategy and framework catering to dynamic business needs and developments. - To constantly upgrade financial & operational know how of self and team members on industry dynamics, business drivers, operational process parameters, and diverse lead and lag indicators of business performance. - To work and coordinate with stakeholders across the business of the organization efficiently, while ensuring data integrity, currency and consistency. - Responsible for defining and driving strategic, operational and organizational improvements. - Responsible to identifies and proposes implementation of data analytics/ BI tools to generate impactful data-driven insights. - Automatize and continuous improvement of current tools - Key user for some existing applications and regions - Troubleshooting and functionality improvements of existing software - Support service excellence in the process definition/alignment - General administration tasks to support workflow Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field. - Extensive experience in BI reporting, especially with PowerBI. - Strong skills in data modeling, data visualization, and advanced SQL. - Knowledge of R or Python, and basic web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus. - Ability to communicate complex data concepts in simple terms. - Collaborative team player with strong analytical skills.
