Job Title : Techno-Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience : 5-10yrs Location : Wadala,Mumbai Client Company : TATA International Limited Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and functional knowledge to effectively implement and support Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Dynamics 365 implementations. - Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications based on functional requirements using tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Bl. - Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using APls, plugins, and custom workflows. - Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Dynamics 365 solutions. - Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure applications meet quality standards and perform as expected. - Business analysis, functional requirement gathering and process mapping. - Functional design document (FDD) development. - Functional installation, configuration, and user acceptance testing. - Key user training, go-live support and post go-live process improvement - Finance, Operation and Supply chain modules with ERP experience is must.
