Job Description

Position : Techno-Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Experience Level : 5-10 years Location : Multiple location in India Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving successful implementations and enhancements of Dynamics 365 modules. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design tailored solutions, and implement best practices to optimize finance, supply chain, and operations processes. Key Responsibilities : 1. Business Analysis : - Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions. - Gather and document functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and processes. - Map existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. 2. Solution Design : - Design innovative and scalable solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O, leveraging your technical skills in customization and integration. - Develop Functional Design Documents (FDD) that outline solution specifications, configurations, and necessary customizations. 3. Implementation and Configuration : - Lead the installation and configuration of Dynamics 365 F&O modules, ensuring compliance with business requirements. - Manage end-to-end implementation processes, including data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). 4. User Training and Support : - Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct key user training sessions to empower end-users. - Provide go-live support and assist users during the transition, ensuring a smooth adoption of the new system. - Post go-live, engage in continuous process improvement initiatives, gathering user feedback to enhance system functionality. 5. Technical Expertise : - Utilize your strong technical skills to troubleshoot issues, conduct system diagnostics, and implement necessary solutions. - Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and third-party applications. 6. Stakeholder Management : - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration. - Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5-10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with a focus on techno-functional roles. - Proven experience in end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations, including data migration and user training. - Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operations processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. - Experience in developing functional design documents and conducting user acceptance testing. - Proficient in customization and integration of Dynamics 365 applications. - Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus.
