Senior Oracle Consultant - HCM Implementation

Job Summary : We are looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant /Architect who has 8 or more years of experience in cloud HCM. The consultant should have work on 2 or more cloud HCM modules. - Mandatory modules in Cloud HCM. - Fusion Global Human Resources. - Absence Management. - Fast Formula. Qualifications : - Functional professional with 6 ERP Human Capital Management HCM implementation. - Experience as a resource in the implementation lifecycle of at least 5/6 Oracle ERP Cloud project - Demonstrated experience assisting in HCM support operations and the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training. - Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements. - A Bachelors or Science, or Engineering degree or MBA. Preferred : - Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments along with junior team members. - Manage the team members and coordinate with client for overall requirements. - Manage the maintenance Services, Balancing the work load for ticket management. - Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint). - Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. - An advanced degree in the area of specialization. Responsibilities will include : - Identifying, writing, and managing business requirements. - Contributing to the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping). - Supporting configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user training. Job Description : - 8-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud HCM Functional Consultant. - Must Have Strong Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting module skills. - Good knowledge of functional flows of HRMS cycles. - Should have worked in multiple full life cycle implementations (preferably US implementation). - Should have worked in integration of applications; Should have implemented them as well. - Should have skills around workflow management. - Should have experience in production support. - Should have basic knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher to assist technical team members. - Good Client communication. - Technical experience is an added advantage.
