Job Description
Key Responsibilities : - Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM and related modules, ensuring smooth daily operations and troubleshooting issues. - Review and implement quarterly Oracle Fusion updates, mapping them to business requirements, testing, and validating changes. - Manage integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party applications, ensuring smooth data exchange and process alignment. - Define and manage reconciliation processes, assisting business users during month-end and year-end reconciliation activities. - Lead training sessions for end-users, updating documentation and user manuals to reflect system changes. - Gather business requirements through workshops and meetings, translating them into system solutions. - Participate in the analysis, design, configuration, and development of Oracle Cloud solutions. - Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live checks to ensure successful implementation. - Define custom roles and manage data migration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during system transitions. - Assist with go-live preparation, cut-over strategies, and provide post-go-live support. - Work with Oracle Support to resolve service requests and ensure system functionality. - Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely resolution of issues and optimal support for end-users. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions. - Standardize global business processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization. Required Qualifications & Skills : - Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (Support and Implementation). - Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM (Support and Implementation). - Must-have modules expertise includes : Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management (PMS), Learning Management (LMS), Compensation, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Helpdesk, Business Process Management (BPM), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, ADF Desktop Integration (ADFDi), File-Based Data Import (FBDI), and SQL. - Good-to-have modules include : Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Self Service (SSHR), and Groovy Script. - Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions. - Proven ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions across multiple HR functions. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with stakeholders and conducting training. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless system functionality. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. - Familiarity with global business processes and the ability to standardize and implement solutions across regions.
