Senior Technical Architect - Unified Endpoint Management

Job Title : UEM Architect. Job Type & Location : Hybrid work model | 2 - 3 days onsite | Hyderabad, Telangana India. Job Overview : As a UEM Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions for managing and securing endpoints across an organization. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing user experiences, optimizing device management, and ensuring data protection. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and operations, to create robust UEM strategies. Job Responsibilities : Solution Design and Implementation : - Develop and implement UEM solutions based on business requirements, industry best practices, and security standards. - Design and configure UEM platforms (MECM, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot) to manage devices, applications, and content. Device Lifecycle Management : - Manage the entire lifecycle of devices, from provisioning to retirement. - Automate device enrollment, configuration, and patch management. - Ensure seamless user experiences during device transitions. Application Management : - Deploy and manage applications across different platforms (Windows, mobile). - Optimize application delivery and license management. - Troubleshoot application-related issues. User Experience Enhancement : - Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and pain points. - Implement self-service portals and personalized experiences. - Continuously improve user satisfaction with UEM services. Infrastructure Optimization : - Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and network components for UEM. - Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of UEM infrastructure. Job Requirements : - Proven experience as a UEM Architect or similar role. - Strong understanding of UEM platforms (SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Windows, etc). - Familiarity with security protocols, encryption, and compliance standards. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Relevant certifications (e.g Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in UEM tools and technologies. - Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM). - Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation. - Cloud integration experience (Azure, AWS, etc. Soft Skills : - Problem-solving and analytical thinking. - Project management and organizational abilities. - Adaptability and willingness to learn.
