Role Overview : As a Tech Lead, you will spearhead the development team, driving the design and implementation of scalable e-commerce solutions. You will collaborate closely with product management, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact products. Your role will also involve overseeing backend and frontend development, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers to ensure technical excellence and continuous improvement Responsibilities : - Lead the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable e-commerce solutions. - Architect and implement backend services using Node.js, MongoDB, and Elastic Search, while ensuring application stability and scalability on AWS. - Develop and maintain frontend applications with Angular, aligning with project requirements and design specifications. - Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. - Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, ensuring optimal system operations. - Collaborate with product management, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products and manage project timelines and stakeholder 5 years of software development experience, including 2 years in a leadership role, with a solid understanding of Node.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and bash scripting. - Expertise in backend architecture using Node.js, MongoDB, Elastic Search, and a strong grasp of REST APIs and the Express framework. - Proficiency in frontend development with Angular, and experience with additional frameworks and libraries is a plus. - Strong knowledge of AWS services, the Ubuntu operating system, and excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience in the e-commerce domain and knowledge of log rotation.
