Software Development Engineer - Golang - IIT/NIT

Role : Dev lead We are looking for developers who are well-versed in GoLang and will be involved in developing our middleware systems for trading. Looking for someone who has worked in large-scale setups and developed well-known apps with heavy user engagement. He must have efficient code development and adhere to coding standards. He should have expertise in software architecture and development methodologies essential for designing scalable and maintainable applications. His contributions support efficient project execution, timely delivery, and the overall quality of software products. Responsibilities and Duties : - Ensure scalable and industry-grade middleware. - Designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills - Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code - Take part in code and adherence to best practices - Ensuring that software quality standards are met by enforcing code standards, conducting rigorous testing, and implementing continuous improvement processes - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and deliver effective and impactful software applications - Staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing technical skills, and driving innovation within the development team. Technical skills Requirement : - Strong knowledge of GoLang - Preferred if conversant with .NET framework and .NET CORE Preferred Qualifications : - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from IIT or NIT only. - You have solid experience in software development. - You possess good communication skills. - Having experience with Trading and the FinTech domain is an added plus.
