About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Applications Developer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) : - Develop and implement custom functionalities and extensions using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle BI Publisher, and Oracle Applications Framework (OAF). - Ensure code adheres to Oracle Apps standards and best practices. - Understand Oracle application architecture and module table structures. - Possess strong knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain, Distribution, and Manufacturing modules (Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Bill of Materials and Engineering, Work In Process, Costing). - Identify and optimize the performance of PL/SQL packages and SQL queries. - Develop and maintain reports using Oracle Reports and BI Publisher. - Create user interfaces using Oracle Forms and OAF. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EBS applications. - Provide post-production support for enhancements and bug fixes. - Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions. - Work effectively in a team environment with geographically dispersed colleagues. - Communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications : - 4-9 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (preferred). - Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and standards. - Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle BI Publisher, and OAF. - Experience with Oracle Supply Chain, Distribution, and Manufacturing modules (a plus). - Experience with performance optimization techniques for PL/SQL and SQL. - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and independently. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Flexibility and adaptability to work in a diverse environment (ref:hirist.tech)
