DevOps Engineer

Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to streamline our software development lifecycle and optimize our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and cloud platforms. You will collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure efficient deployment, high availability, and optimal performance of applications. Key Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deploy processes. - Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness. - Collaborate with developers to ensure that applications are designed for high availability and disaster recovery. - Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog. - Ensure the security of cloud environments, including patch management, vulnerability assessments, and implementing best practices. - Automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and reduce manual intervention. - Maintain and optimize Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration. - Support incident management and conduct root cause analysis to minimize downtime. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 3 years of experience in DevOps or System Engineering roles. - Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or TravisCI. - Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Expertise in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. - Solid understanding of Linux/Unix system administration and shell scripting. - Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk). - Understanding of network protocols and security best practices. - Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
