Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation Functional Consultant

Responsibilities : - Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules, including Compensation Planning, Compensation Administration, and Compensation Analytics. - Gather and analyze client requirements to design and configure compensation structures, rules, and processes. - Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications and documentation. - Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure effective utilization of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementations. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - Stay updated with the latest enhancements and features of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. Requirements : - 8-14 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementations and support. - In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules, including Compensation Planning, Compensation Administration, and Compensation Analytics. - Strong understanding of compensation concepts, practices, and regulatory requirements. - Experience in designing and implementing compensation structures, rules, and processes. - Ability to lead and manage complex projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies. - Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware and integration with other systems is a plus. - Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred.
