Java Team Lead - AWS Cloud Services

Overview : We are seeking an experienced Java Team Lead with a strong background in AWS, SOAP, and e-commerce or supply chain domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the technical design and development of software solutions, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of applications. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 7 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Expertise in AWS Cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.) for infrastructure setup, monitoring, and optimization. - Experience in e-commerce or supply chain domains is mandatory. - Proficiency in SOAP-based web services development and integration. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful services, and service-oriented architecture (SOA). - Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, etc.) - Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL and knowledge of NoSQL databases. - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex software design and development challenges. - Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of guiding a team to successful project completion. - Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Nice to Have : - Knowledge of frontend technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js. - Familiarity with modern development tools and version control systems like Git. - Experience with performance tuning and application monitoring (New Relic, CloudWatch).
