The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing, configuring, and supporting NetSuite implementations to enhance our business operations. Key Responsibilities : - NetSuite Implementation & Customization : Lead and assist in the implementation of NetSuite ERP and related systems to meet the unique needs of the business. - Process Optimization : Analyze business processes and suggest improvements using NetSuite functionalities, streamlining operations, and improving workflow efficiency. - Configuration & Customization : Customize dashboards, reports, workflows, and modules based on business requirements, ensuring optimal functionality. - End-User Support : Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure effective use of NetSuite and other integrated systems. - Troubleshooting : Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to NetSuite functionality, integrations, and performance. - Data Migration & Integration : Assist in migrating data to NetSuite and integrating third-party applications as required. - Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with various teams, including Finance, IT, and Sales, to align NetSuite capabilities with business goals. - Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed documentation of all configurations, workflows, and user manuals. - Develop custom reports to deliver meaningful insights. Qualifications : Experience : 3 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite functional consulting, configuration, and implementation. Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field. Skills : - Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules (e.g, CRM, Financials, Order Management, Inventory). - Experience with NetSuite SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteAnalytics. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into effective NetSuite solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications : - NetSuite certifications are a plus. Preferred : - Experience in the real estate or construction industry would be an advantage (ref:hirist.tech)
