As a D365 CRM Functional Consultant, you will oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, customize and configure the CRM system, provide training and support, and ensure successful project delivery Qualifications : - 5 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement - In-depth knowledge of CRM functional modules and features like sales, service, and marketing modules - Ability to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into CRM solutions - Experience in configuring and customizing CRM entities, forms, workflows, and reports - Proficiency in CRM data migration and integration with other systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
