Job Title : Blockchain Product Manager. Experience : 3 years. Work Mode : On -Site. Employment Type : Full Time. Location : Bengaluru. Position Overview : We are looking for a skilled Blockchain Product Manager to lead the development and launch of innovative DApps. The ideal candidate will oversee the product lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment and ensure that DApps meet user needs and align with business objectives. Responsibilities : - Define and manage the product roadmap for DApps, including feature prioritization and release planning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and blockchain experts to design and build DApps. - Gather and analyze user requirements and feedback to inform product development and enhancements. - Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including specifications, user stories, and technical requirements. - Oversee the end-to-end development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of DApp features. - Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user engagement, and market trends to drive continuous improvement. - Manage the integration of DApps with blockchain platforms and other external systems. - Coordinate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and user adoption. - Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in blockchain and decentralized applications. Qualifications : - Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on DApps or blockchain products. - Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts and decentralized systems. - Experience with DApp development frameworks and tools (i.e., Ethereum, Solidity, Web3.js). - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive product improvements and innovations. - Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices for DApp interfaces. - A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred. - Relevant certifications or coursework in blockchain or product management are a plus.
