SAP S4 Level 3 Support Specialist (Treasury - Cash & Banking / Advanced Payment Factory) Position Overview : We are looking for a seasoned SAP S4 Level 3 Support Specialist with a strong focus on Treasury operations, specifically in Cash & Banking and Advanced Payment Factory. The ideal candidate will provide expert support for SAP S4 functionalities, troubleshoot advanced issues, and enhance treasury processes through effective integration and optimization strategies. Key Responsibilities : L3 Support for Treasury Components : - Provide Level 3 support for Treasury modules within SAP S4, focusing on Cash & Banking and Advanced Payment Factory functionalities. - Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to treasury transactions, payments, and cash management processes. - System Integration and Optimization: - Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of Treasury functions within the SAP S4 landscape. - Identify opportunities to optimize treasury processes and system configurations based on business requirements. - Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: - Respond to escalated support tickets, conducting root cause analysis to resolve issues effectively. - Document resolutions and share knowledge with L1 and L2 support teams for future reference. User Training and Support : - Deliver training sessions and create user manuals to promote best practices in using SAP S4 Treasury functionalities. - Provide ongoing support to treasury staff, ensuring users can efficiently utilize the system for daily operations. Enhancements and Upgrades : - Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, focusing on Treasury functionalities. - Collaborate with the project team to implement new features and updates that streamline treasury operations. Reporting and Analytics : - Assist in the development of reports and dashboards to monitor cash flow status and payment processes using SAP reporting tools. - Analyze reporting metrics to support decision-making within the Treasury function. Compliance and Risk Management : - Ensure SAP S4 configurations align with regulatory requirements and internal controls regarding cash management and payment processing. - Identify any potential risks related to treasury operations and assist with mitigating strategies. Requirements : Education : - Bachelor's degree in finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. Experience : - 5 years of experience in SAP S4 support, with a focus on Treasury functions (Cash & Banking, Advanced Payment Factory). - Proven experience in L3 support or similar roles, demonstrating thorough knowledge of treasury operations. Skills : - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented approach. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Technical Skills : - In-depth knowledge of SAP S4 Treasury modules and integration points. - Familiarity with related applications and tools (e.g., SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics). Knowledge : - Understanding of cash management, payment processing, and related treasury functionalities. - Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards. Languages : - Proficiency in English depending on the company's operational requirements (if applicable). - Work Environment : This position may require occasional travel and flexibility in working hours to accommodate financial operations across different time zones.
