Description : We are seeking an experienced EPM Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team, where you will help organizations optimize their application of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) in a cloud environment. As an EPM Cloud Consultant, you will engage in project management and play a pivotal role in key phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and user training. You will use your analytical skills to address challenges and facilitate change management throughout the implementation process. In addition to technical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential since you will be working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will also keep abreast of industry trends and EPM best practices to ensure our strategies remain forward-thinking and effective. Responsibilities : - Engage with clients to gather business requirements and analyze their existing processes. - Design and implement EPM cloud solutions tailored to client needs across various industries. - Conduct system configurations and customizations to optimize performance management frameworks. - Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure solution functionality and reliability. - Train end-users on EPM applications and best practices to maximize user adoption and efficiency. - Support change management efforts during the implementation process to facilitate seamless transitions. - Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for deployed EPM solutions, ensuring optimal performance. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in EPM solutions, preferably in a cloud-based environment is essential. - Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting frameworks. - Proficiency in relevant EPM tools and technologies such as Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion, or similar. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges. - Effective communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
