Quality Assurance Analyst - Appium/Selenium

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior QA Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automated testing with tools like Selenium, Appium, UiPath, and solid knowledge of functional and mobile testing The Senior QA Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products through robust testing methodologies, working in an Agile environment with close collaboration across teams. Responsibilities : - Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium (Java with Maven and TestNG) for web applications. - Create and execute test cases for mobile applications using Appium. - Perform functional testing and mobile testing to ensure application stability and functionality. - Work on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects using UiPath to automate business processes. - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to design comprehensive test plans that cover functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. - Log, track, and manage defects in Jira, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely issue resolution. - Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring QA activities are aligned with project goals. - Continuously improve testing processes and introduce new tools/techniques to increase testing efficiency. - Mentor and guide junior QA team members, sharing best practices and knowledge on test automation frameworks and strategies. - Ensure compliance with the company's quality standards and regulatory : - 4 to 9 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation testing. - Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java (using Maven and TestNG) for test automation. - Proficiency with Appium for mobile test automation. - Working knowledge of UiPath for RPA (Robotic Process Automation). - Strong experience in functional testing of web and mobile applications. - Knowledge of Jira for issue tracking and test management. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams. - Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (TDD, BDD, etc. ). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. - ISTQB Certification or equivalent certifications are a plus.
