AIMDek Technologies - Engineering Manager/Solutions Architect

Job Title : Engineering Manager Experience Level : 10 Years Location : India (Remote) Job Type : Full-time About the Role : We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Manager / Solutions Architect with over 10 years of expertise working in areas like AI/ML, Cloud Engineering, Web and Mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading technical teams, designing innovative solutions, client communication and engaging in pre-sales activities. While domain experience in Healthcare is a plus, the role requires a strong understanding of cloud engineering, AI/ML, mobile and web technologies. This role will also involve client-facing responsibilities, including technical presentations and proposal support. Key Responsibilities : Pre-Sales & Client Engagement : - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose technical solutions. - Lead technical presentations, create proposals, and develop proof of concepts (PoCs) to support pre-sales efforts. Team Leadership & Mentorship : - Manage, lead, and mentor an engineering team focused on developing innovative solutions in the healthcare domain. - Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Technical Responsibilities : - Lead and manage the development of high-performing and scalable AI/ML models. - Drive projects that utilize TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other data science tools for NLP and computer vision applications. - Architect and oversee cloud-based solutions on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms. - Design scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure for mobile, web, and enterprise applications. - Oversee the development of iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) mobile applications and React/Angular-based web applications. - Ensure seamless integration between mobile/web applications and cloud infrastructure. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Pre-Sales : Strong experience in client interaction, technical presentations, proposal creation, and PoC development - Hands-on expertise working on web or mobile applications development with exposure to cloud engineering, enterprise integrations and AI/ML. - AI/ML Expertise : Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch or Keras. Proficient in data science tools like Python, R, and experience with NLP and computer vision. - Cloud Architecture : Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), including Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud security best practices. - Mobile & Web Technologies : Proficient in mobile development (iOS - Swift, Android - Kotlin) and web technologies (React, Angular). - Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices. Nice to Have : - Experience working in the Healthcare domain. - Familiarity with healthcare data security protocols and advanced integration techniques.
