Rosemallow Technologies - ServiceNow Consultant - ITSM & Discovery

Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5 years of ServiceNow experience, with a strong focus on ITSM and Discovery. - Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM suite: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, etc. - In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery: Configuration, MID Server setup, and troubleshooting. - Strong experience with CMDB management and asset tracking. - Proven ability to design and implement ServiceNow workflows, automations, and integrations. - Scripting proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development environment. - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating external systems with ServiceNow. - Strong understanding of ITIL best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher-level certifications (preferred). Key Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM and Discovery solutions to meet business requirements. - Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and Discovery. - Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows, automations, and integrations to streamline processes and improve efficiency. - Manage CMDB and asset tracking to ensure data accuracy and completeness. - Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues, including script errors and performance bottlenecks. - Collaborate with IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
