Responsibilities : - Collaborate closely with the Lead Product Designer and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals. - Contribute to the design of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our products, adhering to design standards and best practices. - Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and ideation workshops to generate creative solutions and concepts. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and interactions effectively. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance the user experience. - Assist in maintaining and evolving the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products and platforms. - Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation, providing support and clarifications as needed. - Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and knowledge. - Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing insights, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative : - Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field; Master's degree is a plus. - 4-6 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc. - Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Passion for design, creativity, and continuous learning. - Experience working in a SAAS environment is advantageous but not required.
