RPA Lead/Architect - UiPath/Automation Anywhere

Job Description - This is a full-time remote role for an experienced RPA Lead/Architect. - The RPA Lead/Architect will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of automation solutions for clients. - The position requires someone with significant expertise in automation, who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, and provide innovative automation solutions. - This person will work closely with clients to understand their needs, and oversee the implementation of automation solutions to improve workflows and optimize business operations. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field, with a Master's degree strongly preferred. - 5 years of experience in RPA development and delivery, with a deep understanding of automation technologies and hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc). - Experience in building complex digital automation solutions and frameworks with a proven track record of delivering scalable and highly resilient applications. - Strong programming skills in at least one modern programming language, as well as experience with database technologies and SQL. - Experience with Agile software development methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Scrum, etc). - Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in mentoring team members and guiding technical or functional teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues in complex IT environments. - Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and provide innovative solutions to complex problems (ref:hirist.tech)
