Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Java Developer in Bangalore. The Java Developer will be responsible for software development, microservices implementation, programming, and utilizing the Spring Framework. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications to meet business needs and requirements. Qualifications : - Software Development and Programming skills. - Experience with Microservices and the Spring Framework. - Design, implement and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency. - Proficiency in Java programming. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Java applications Implement microservices architecture using Spring Framework and related technologies - Write clean, well-documented, and testable code - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, designers, QA engineers) to understand requirements and deliver solutions - Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions Identify and troubleshoot technical problems - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Java ecosystem Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech / MCA preferred) - 4-8 years of experience as a Java Developer - Strong proficiency in Java programming (Java 8) - Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.) and related libraries - Experience with microservices architecture principles - Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile preferred) - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Qualification : B.tech / MCA.
