UX Designer - Figma/Sketch

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience across our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality. Main Responsibilities : - Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviours. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements. - Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products. - Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes. - Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing. - Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs during the development process. - Advocate for the user throughout the product development : - More than 2 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role. - Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI design projects. - Experience working with B2C Mobile Applications. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. - Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills. - Ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
