SAP CO Consultant - E2E Implementation

Job Title : SAP CO (Controlling) Consultant Location : Hyderabad Job Type : Full-time Reports to : Manager Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced and motivated SAP CO (Controlling) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Controlling modules, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to implement, optimize, and support SAP CO solutions for our clients. This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities : Implementation & Configuration : - Lead or support the implementation and configuration of SAP CO (Controlling) modules, including but not limited to Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), and Product Costing (PC). - Conduct requirements gathering sessions and perform gap analysis. - Configure SAP CO to meet the business requirements and ensure alignment with overall business processes. Business Process Support : - Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements based on SAP CO functionality. - Work with stakeholders from finance, controlling, and other departments to ensure alignment with business goals. - Provide day-to-day support for SAP CO processes, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems effectively. Integration : - Collaborate with other SAP functional modules (FI, MM, SD, PP, etc.) for seamless integration of SAP CO. - Assist with data migration, system upgrades, and post-implementation support. User Training & Documentation : - Develop and conduct user training sessions for business users. - Prepare documentation for business processes, configuration guides, and end-user manuals. Reporting & Analytics : - Design and implement financial and controlling reports using SAP tools (e.g., SAP FIORI, SAP BW, and other reporting solutions). - Assist in creating custom reports and dashboards as per business requirements. Continuous Improvement : - Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP releases and industry best practices. - Recommend improvements to existing systems and processes. Required Qualifications : Education : - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience : - Minimum years of hands-on experience working as an SAP CO Consultant or in a related SAP Financials role. Technical Skills : - Strong knowledge of SAP Controlling (CO) module, including CCA, PCA, IO, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA). - Experience with SAP FI/CO integration. - Familiarity with SAP reporting tools such as SAP FIORI, BW, or SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus. - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage. Business Process Knowledge : - In-depth understanding of finance and controlling business processes (cost accounting, profit analysis, budgeting, internal/external reporting). Soft Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications : - SAP certification in SAP CO or related modules. - Experience with system upgrades or migrations (e.g., from SAP ECC to S/4HANA). - Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
