Product Engineer - Figma/Adobe XD

Role : Product Engineer (UI/UX Designer) Work from home opportunity Hiring offices : Bangalore and Kolkata Roles And Responsibilities : - Create UX design processes including sketches, prototypes, user flows, user journeys, user personas, information architecture, and screen structure. - Create UI design elements including patterns, icons, shapes, animations and transitions. - Work with UX researchers to reflect their insights into creative UI. - Understand business requirements and analyze them into functional designs. - Communicate the reasoning behind design choices to stakeholders and team members. - Create overall concepts for the user experience within a mobile app and webpage ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers. - Design the aesthetics to be implemented from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts. Create design ideas for communicating content and information to users. - Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey product stories - Wireframing and prototyping. - Hands on experience in web Development using HTML5, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, etc - Experience in designing mobile site and mobile application is added plus. - Strong understanding how design impacts performance on the end users systems. - Good knowledge of Photoshop,Dreamweaver, Illustrator and other Designing Tools. - Expertise in cross browser development and Web usability and interface design knowledge. - Design and implement front-end business applications while working closely with developers andBusiness Analyst. - Knowledge of best practices for web-based applications and interactive designs. - Develop business requirements into Alluring designs to provide the users with a "WOW" Experience. - A strong portfolio with ability to develop the Best of the designs for ShopClues - Extremely good communications and interpersonal skills - Ability to collaborate across departments - Result oriented and ready to take ownership - Desire to make impact and high work ethics Experience Preferred : - 3 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design - Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe XD, Figma etc. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces - Experience creating storyboards and wireframes Desirable Competencies/ Secondary Skill Set : - UX experience - Exposure to UI/UX design of Ecommerce Applications, Other Competencies : - Understanding of the entire product/solution development process. - Strong English communication skills - oral and written. - Working experience with product companies. - Understanding and responding quickly to customer issues.
