Integration Engineer - Middleware

Job Description : - Demonstrate strong partnership with business and other IT organizations a must. - Demonstrate strong communication skills in writing and verbal a must. - 5 years of working experience in Middleware and Integration Technology space, working within a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment. - Deep understanding of Agile development methodology. - Experience leading a technology development team. - Must have strong technical skills, ideally from a hands-on engineering background. - Demonstrated experience in broad enterprise technologies as well as experience working in a large database operation environment. - Experience in service management practices and processes within a continuous improvement environment. - Experience in supporting scalable architectures and supporting network protocols. - Experience with persisting data in one or more Relational and NoSQL DB technologies such as MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Cassandra, CouchDB or Postgres;. - Experience with API gateways and authentication technologies, such as OAuth2 and SAML;. - Experience building service-oriented architectures and proficiency with distributed systems built on the cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus;. - Experience building large-scale web services, micro-services based applications in the cloud environment is a plus;. - Passion for security and a strong understanding of threats, vulnerabilities and compliance standards;. - Deep understanding of Agile development methodology. - Experience in leading a technology development and support teams. - Must have strong technical skills, ideally from a hands-on engineering background. - Experience in service management practices and processes within a continuous improvement environment. - Experience in supporting scalable architectures and supporting network protocols. - Passion for security and a strong understanding of threats, vulnerabilities and compliance standards;. - Experience participating and leading code reviews, refactoring, gathering code quality metrics and measurements;. - Fluency with modern DevOps automation toolchains, and modern containerization, orchestration, and virtualization technologies;. - Experience using source control tools - Microsoft Team Foundation Server, and/or Github is a plus, but not required.
