Delivery Manager - Project Methodologies

Job Description : Role : Technical Delivery Manager. Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager with a strong background in .Net, Android, and iOS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects. Key Responsibilities : - Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver comprehensive solutions. - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to effectively manage project progress and identify potential risks. - Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management regularly. - Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration. - Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork within the project team. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical project management or a similar role. - Proven experience with .Net, Android, and iOS development environments. - Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and project management principles. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. - Experience with offshore service delivery teams is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications : - Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Certification in project management (e.g. , PMP, Scrum Master). - Experience with cloud technologies and services. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. - Experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
