Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) SQL Developer to join our data integration team. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining robust data integration solutions using IICS and SQL. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow across multiple systems and platforms, contributing to the organization's data management and analytics objectives. Key Responsibilities : Data Integration Development : Design, develop, and implement data integration workflows, mappings, and processes using IICS to ensure efficient data movement between on-premises and cloud environments. SQL Development : Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Develop complex SQL queries to support integration and reporting requirements. Data Mapping & Transformation : Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient and accurate data mappings and transformations using IICS and SQL. Collaboration with Stakeholders : Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to gather data integration requirements, understand business processes, and ensure the integration solutions align with business needs. Data Quality Assurance : Monitor and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of data throughout the integration process. Conduct thorough testing to validate the integration logic and data quality. Performance Tuning : Optimize data integration processes and SQL queries to ensure performance efficiency, scalability, and minimal processing time. Troubleshooting and Support : Investigate and resolve integration issues, monitor system logs, and provide ongoing support for production integrations. Troubleshoot and fix data pipeline failures, working with cross-functional teams as needed. Documentation : Document all integration processes, workflows, and system architectures. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and knowledge bases for future reference and knowledge sharing. Continuous Improvement : Stay up to date with industry best practices, new features in IICS, and advancements in SQL development. Suggest and implement improvements to integration solutions and processes. Required Qualifications : Technical Skills : Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) : Proficiency in developing, configuring, and deploying data integration solutions using IICS. SQL : Strong skills in SQL, including advanced query writing, stored procedures, performance tuning, and database optimization. ETL Concepts : In-depth understanding of ETL processes, data extraction, transformation, and loading. Cloud Technologies : Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cloud-based data integration solutions. Data Warehousing : Understanding of data warehousing concepts, schemas (star/snowflake), and dimensional modeling. Experience : - Minimum of 2 years of experience in data integration or ETL development using IICS and SQL. - Proven experience in data pipeline design, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. - Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based development environments. Soft Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
