TechChefz - Business Analyst

Job Overview : TechChefz Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role. The Business Analyst will. work closely with cross-functional teams, focusing on gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting project delivery. Key Responsibilities : - Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and. prioritize business requirements for projects and solutions. - Process Analysis & Improvement : Analyze current business processes, identify areas. for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency. - Solution Development : Partner with technical teams to design solutions aligned with business goals and customer expectations. - Documentation : Prepare clear, concise documentation, including Business. - Requirements Documents (BRD), use cases, process maps, and functional specifications. - Communication : Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring all parties are aligned throughout project execution. - Testing & Validation : Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements. - Market & Industry Research : Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and best practices to inform strategy and recommendations. Required Skills & Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital or IT setting. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and documentation. - Experience with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar. - Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Soft Skills : - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams in a hybrid work setting. Preferred Qualifications : - Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified ScrumMaster. (CSM), or similar credentials. - Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. - Tools : Knowledge of data visualization or reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
