Business System Analyst

Responsibilities : - Demonstrate curiosity, problem solving, and critical thinking skills - Exhibit a strong desire to learn new technologies and skills - Work with clients and internal Epsilon teams to understand, define, and completely document business and/or campaign requirements using standard templates - Understand system high level designs and map business/campaign requirements to functional and non-functional components of the solution. - Analyze data quality to identify trend, issues and recommend changes as required. - Help support client data onboarding (multiple vendors/sources) to Epsilon solution - Help maintain process documents and update them regularly - Create, support, troubleshoot, and deliver on client requests in support of the day-to-day marketing operation - Support the testing effort of database enhancements and to ensure accurate on-time delivery - Have effective client meetings, understand deliverables, and drive successful outcomes Marketing and Messaging Business Systems Analysts will also : - Build multi-channel marketing campaigns- including creation, testing and deployment of campaigns - Support the team to improve delivery quality, repeatability, and on-time delivery of : - 1.5 to 2.5 years of experience in IT industry - Tech-savvy with strong interpersonal skills - Ability to learn business and functional processes - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Basic understanding of software development methodologies - Desire and ability to learn new technologies and software - Aptitude for data and data analysis, ability to investigate data through various data tools - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and quickly change priorities - Ability to work collaboratively with global teams Nice to have : - Basic understanding of marketing CRM, digital marketing, or marketing concepts - Ability to document requirements and specifications - Knowledge of databases, SQL concepts - Exposure to marketing campaign tools (Eloqua, Marketo, Responsys, Zeta, etc.), and ability to learn new campaign platforms - Exposure to data warehousing, data lake, and data mart concepts - Exposure to real-time, API, HTML, or web technologies Required Skills : - Digital marketing, databases SQL concepts, web, Messaging, critical thinking - Written and verbal communication, real time API HTML, multi channel marketing, problem solving, Eloqua Marketo Responsys Zeta, Marketing, interpersonal, multi task, Tech savvy, data warehousing data lake, data mart (ref:hirist.tech)
