Technical Lead - Node.js/AngularJS

Job Description : We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead with a strong background in Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB to lead a cross-functional team of developers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for system design, building platforms/frameworks, and agile processes, with an ability to drive product delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes. This role involves hands-on coding, mentoring developers, and overseeing technical aspects of sprint planning and execution. Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of developers, unblocking them with guidance on both technical and time management/planning aspects. - Take ownership of the front-end architecture with a focus on Angular, ensuring code quality and scalability. - Build and contribute to the Low Code Platform and Component System being developed in Zetwerk. - Collaborate on backend services with Node.js and integrate them efficiently with MongoDB. - Develop and enforce system design best practices, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security of applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, and UI/UX) to deliver features and improvements. - Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives to ensure effective sprint cycles and on-time delivery. - Ensure good quality clean code, should be good with high-level and low-level design, and ensure clean architecture and use of design patterns while building the platform. - Interact with product teams and plan roadmap items for bugs, enhancement, and feature requests. - Foster a positive team environment and culture of continuous : - Proven experience in Angular development (3 years). - Experience with Node.js and MongoDB in production environments. - Strong knowledge of system architecture and design patterns. - Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and management. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
