Artificial Intelligence Developer - NLP/Machine Learning

Position Overview : The AI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) models. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in AI principles, practical experience with relevant technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Must Have : - Proficiency in Python - Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g, TensorFlow, PyTorch) - Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and libraries (e.g, NLTK) - Familiarity with data preprocessing and data cleaning techniques - Ability to develop and deploy machine learning models - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Basic understanding of deep learning concepts - Experience with version control systems (e.g, Git) - Strong written and verbal communication skills Good to Have : - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) - Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture - Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g, Hadoop, Spark) - Understanding of software development best practices Key Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and optimize machine learning and NLP models for various business use cases. - Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure high-quality input for ML models. - Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production environments, ensuring robustness and scalability. - Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver AI solutions that meet business needs. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and NLP to continuously improve development practices and model performance. - Document code, model performance, and provide regular reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions. - Follow software development best practices, including version control, code reviews, and unit testing (ref:hirist.tech)
