Oracle Consultant - VBCS Modules

Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and customize VBCS applications to meet business requirements. - Create and maintain complex VBCS pages, microflows, and integrations. - Develop and customize BIP reports to generate insightful business reports. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues in VBCS and BIP environments. - Identify root causes of production issues and implement effective solutions. - Troubleshoot and debug VBCS applications to optimize performance and user experience. - Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing VBCS and BIP applications. - Perform regular code reviews and refactoring to ensure code quality and maintainability. - Stay up-to-date with the latest VBCS and BIP features and best practices. - Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and resolve issues. - Document technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals. Required Skills : - 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud technologies, specifically VBCS and BIP - Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs - Proficiency in VBCS development tools and techniques - Expertise in BIP report design, data modeling, and scheduling - Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Autonomous Database is a plus - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality (ref:hirist.tech)
