Job Description : - Must have hands-on experience in ABAP HR, OO programming, HR workflows and extensions, forms, ALV Reports, Interfaces & Enhancements. - Strong experience in ABAP HR modules. - Experience in HR Workflows & Extensions, HR Standard BAPIs, HR WebDynpro development. - Experience with OData and CDS View enhancements for HR Fiori 2.0 and HANA. - ABAP OO skills is a must. - Should possess basic understanding of HCM functional aspects like personnel and organizational management. - Extensive knowledge of programming using HR LDB. - Extensive knowledge and experience of ABAP development workbench, Dictionary, Workflows, SAPForms, BAPI's, enhancement Framework, RFC's, BADI's, IDOC, ALE and ABAP OBJECTS, IDoc Queue handling, ABAP Proxy Framework, Change document framework, Conversions and Data load methods, SPAU, SPDD and post upgrade activities, Open-SQL performance tuning. Experience : 3 - 5 yrs. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain custom ABAP reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows to support HR processes. - Create and enhance HR-specific ALV reports to provide insightful data analysis. - Develop and customize HR WebDynpro applications. - Design and implement OData and CDS View enhancements for HR Fiori 2.0 and HANA. - Configure and extend standard HR workflows to automate business processes. - Develop custom workflow actions and notifications. - Create and maintain custom HR forms. Leverage OO ABAP concepts to develop robust and maintainable code. - Design and implement custom ABAP objects, including classes, interfaces, and methods. - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in ABAP code. - Optimize SQL queries and ABAP reports for efficient execution. - Utilize SAP development tools effectively, including ABAP Workbench, Dictionary, Workflows, SAPForms, BAPIs, enhancement Framework, RFC's, BADI's, IDOC, ALE, ABAP Objects, IDoc Queue handling, ABAP Proxy Framework, Change document framework, Conversions, Data load methods, SPAU, SPDD, and post-upgrade activities. Required Skills and Qualifications : - 3- 5 years of hands-on experience in ABAP HR development. - Strong proficiency in ABAP OO programming. In-depth knowledge of HR workflows and extensions. - Expertise in HR standard BAPIs and WebDynpro development. - Experience with OData and CDS View enhancements for HR Fiori 2.0 and HANA. - Solid understanding of HR functional aspects, particularly personnel and organizational management. - Extensive knowledge of HR LDB programming. - Proficient in ABAP development tools and techniques. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
