Project Manager / Business analyst Intellimatch

Role and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and propose solutions for new requirements with stakeholders.
• Lead functional solution design with business and IT teams.
• Define solutions and create implementation roadmaps with technical teams.
• Collaborate with external and internal parties to gather information and deliver functional specifications, use cases, and interface designs.
• Organize and run steering/project committees.
• Identify project risks and track issues.
• Plan migration strategies and manage change activities.
• Oversee and contribute to User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
• Manage decision-making for solution design, architecture, and approvals (IT risk, security, budget).
• Ensure project governance and serve as a liaison between business, technology, and support teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with business sponsors and stakeholders.

Ideal candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in the banking industry as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.
• Expertise in Intellimatch (Reconciliation system).
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral).
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
• Familiarity with project management and support tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, PPM tools).
