Our client is a global asset management firm with strong footprint in Asia.
We're seeking an experienced Institutional Client Servicing Manager to join the team in Singapore. This role will deliver high-quality client service to institutional clients within the Southeast Asia region, focusing on driving client excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing client service, including responding to client queries, implementing changes, and leading portfolio reviews
- Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to meet client demands
- Design and implement enhancements to existing client service workflows
- Play an integral role in new client onboardings and provide high-quality administration support
- Build internal relationships and act as a client advocate
- Maintain excellent business knowledge, customer needs, internal policies, and systems capabilities
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of client service experience in the Financial Services Industry, preferably in asset management
- Strong client service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workflow, and interact with colleagues in a multi-site environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
- Ability to travel within the region when needed
