What you will do
The Lead, Talent & Culture is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for designing and
implementing the talent & culture strategy to support our growth and success. You will play a critical role
in developing and sustaining a high-performance culture, ensuring that talent development, capability
building, and employee engagement are aligned with our strategic goals. You will work closely with senior
leadership and cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous learning & development, ensuring
that employees are equipped with the skills and mindset needed to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

How you would make a difference
Culture Development
Drive initiatives to nurture and sustain a strong, positive, and inclusive culture.
Act as a culture ambassador, modeling company values and ensuring that cultural principles are embedded in all talent processes and decisions.
Talent Development
Develop and implement talent development strategies, including succession planning, high-potential programmes and leadership development initiatives.
Partner with EXCO and key leaders to identify critical roles and ensure a pipeline of ready-now talent.
Capability Development
Assess current organizational capabilities and design programmes to close skill gaps and build future-ready capabilities.
Lead initiatives to upskill and reskill employees, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
Learning & Development
Design and oversee the implementation of learning & development program, including onboarding, technical training, soft skills development, and leadership training.
Utilize data and feedback to continuously improve learning & development initiatives and ensure they meet the needs of the business and employees.
Employee Engagement
Develop and execute engagement strategies to increase employee satisfaction, retention and productivity.
Implement tools and processes to measure employee engagement, employee listening and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Strategic Leadership
Contribute to broader business initiatives and ensure Talent & Culture initiatives are aligned with overall company goals.
Mentor junior members of the People & Culture team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Change Management
Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes and fostering resilience and adaptability.

What you need to be successful
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
10+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on culture, talent management, learning & development in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup or technology company.
Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of talent and culture programmes.
Strong leaderships skills with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across the organization.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically while being hands-on in execution.
Keep abreast with technology and strong drive to use data to answer business questions and has the spirit to experiment and innovate.
