Level 2 & 3 Childcare Educators
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000
Location: Thames Ditton, Surrey
Hours: 40 hours per week, 4-day working rota
Reports to: Head of Childcare
A private nursery in Thames Ditton is seeking passionate and qualified Level 2 or 3 Childcare Educators to join its dedicated team. The nursery cares for children aged 3 months to 5 years, offering a nurturing and supportive environment for both children and staff.
About the Role:
Full-time position: 40 hours per week, working a 4-day rota.
The nursery is made up of 6 classrooms catering to different age groups.
Open 51 weeks of the year, Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 18:30.
The successful candidate will be part of a team of 35 staff members, supported by 2 deputies and 1 admin.Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education to children.
Support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Work collaboratively with the management team and colleagues to maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.Essential Requirements:
Level 2 or 3 qualification (or higher) in Childcare.
Positive, kind, and willing to learn.
Successful applicants must pass an enhanced DBS check and provide two satisfactory references.Benefits:
