Location: Bank, City of London (Hybrid) - Ideally, three days on-site and two days off-site.

You will be joining the RICS Valuation (Audit) Team. We are a diverse and multinational team (speaking at least eight different languages!) of experts. You will work directly within the Valuation Team, reporting to the Head of Compliance & Regulation, Head of Valuation, and indirectly with the Tech Team, Product Team, as well as the Co-Founders.

We are a Venture-Capital-backed company; using DeepTech AI, our renowned innovative SaaS-based algorithms can learn, memorise, and accurately predict the valuation and risk levels of tangible and intangible assets using algorithmic modelling of biological (human) neural systems, replicating the human decision process using millions of public and private data points.


In this role, you will help us develop, improve and audit AI-generated, Hybrid RICS valuation reports. Please note that you do not need a Tech background to be successful in this role!


The core requirement for the role:

· An RICS-qualified valuation surveyor with VRS accreditation. (MRICS/FRICS & Registered Valuer) With at least two years of PQE.

  • Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, particularly in relation to RICS Red Book guidelines.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of modern valuation tools and techniques.



Additional skills and experience (good to have):

  • Experience in creating and checking both on-site and desktop-based property valuation reports.
  • Knowledge of the UK Residential market, especially in English cities such as London, Manchester, Birmingham, etc.
  • Knowledge of the UK mortgage lending market would be a strong advantage.
  • Experience in commercial valuations.
  • Previous start-up experience or interest in working in a FinTech/PropTech start-up.



Responsibilities:

  • Monitor AI-generated Valuation outputs in the context of market conditions and other data sources.
  • Collaborate with the FINVISE Tech Team to enhance algorithm accuracy.
  • Report on real estate market trends, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ensure valuations comply with RICS industry standards and RICS ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with FINVISE clients on the seamless provision of different outputs.
  • Contribute to the development of valuation report templates.
  • Liaise with the RICS and other regulators on compliance and regulations.
