Senior Privacy Counsel

Senior Privacy Counsel – £120k - £130k + bonus – London hybrid – Global firm

Lawrence Harvey are looking for experienced Privacy Counsels to join our clients growing global Legal function as a specialist Privacy Lawyer. This opportunity arises as our client looks to expand their services across the APAC region in addition to strengthening their AI initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with the senior leadership team and the board to drive AI initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant privacy laws across APAC & the EU regions.
2. Work closely with technology & product development teams to drive AI initiatives from product developments to service rollouts.
3. Provide guidance at a senior level on AI projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

1. At least 7 years PQE, ideally with a recent focus on Data Privacy/Privacy AI space.
2. Experience of privacy laws and regulations across the APAC region.
3. Experience advising senior stakeholders on privacy best practice and aligning processes with relevant laws and regulations.
