Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager / Registered Manager
Nelson Area- Excellent Salary of circa £60,000

I am working with a wonderful and very highly rated care provider who are currently looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager/Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager for their nursing home / care home in Nelson commutable from Burnley, Clitheroe , Preston etc. I am looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Registered Manager / Care Home Manager to manage a beautiful luxury care home.
-The care home / residential home offers nursing and residential care to older people including frail elderly & dementia services users and is currently operating to an excellent standard.
-The service requires a hands-on manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Care home manager / registered home manager candidates should have previous home management experience and solid knowledge of nursing / elderly care.
-Candidates should be an experienced care home manager.
- Strong care home management skills.
-Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care home setting
- RGN ( Preferable )
-Strong CQC knowledge
-Experience of managing compliant care homes
