On behalf of a leading supportive living provider, I am currently looking for a Deputy Service Manager to join one of their services in New Brighton
To be considered for this registered Deputy manager / Deputy Service Manager role you should have previous deputy management experience within the complex care/ mental health sector, and you must have some knowledge of safeguarding and supporting services
Key skills and experience required:
·Strong and effective leadership skills and be committed to the values, passion, and determination to put people first, whilst supporting the lives of people with learning disabilities or mental health illnesses.
·Providing guidance and act as a role model to your new team whilst providing the effective delivery of the service with a multi-disciplinary team with a positive culture of support care to our service user.
·LEVEL 3 NVQ OR LEVEL 5
·Worked within a Complex Care and Mental health environment
